can we use secondary respository backup in veema backup plugin for SQL server

Actually, we installed veeam plugin for SQL server on SQL server and configured also, but not appeared the secondary repository as NAS server or etc. it is show only default backup repository. why it is not configure? and how to configure the secondary repository in veeam plugin on SQL server ? please suggest.    Do you have licence added o use free version ?

Upgrade Veeam v11 to v12 on a Huawei Server

Hy thanks for your answer. Veeam's Huawei plugin is no longer officially supported. I don't want to reinstall the plugin, but rather update Veeam from our version 11 to version 12 when the plugin is uninstalled. I'm looking for the reason why Veeam refuses to update even though the plugin was uninstalled. Do you can copy screen shot of error ?

Hello @SFB,I found on KB this https://www.veeam.com/kb4027 and it’s from 2022 EOL not from now.Huawei Plug-In - End of LifeThe Huawei Plug-In for Veeam Backup & Replication reached End-of-Life on 2022-04-22 and is no longer available.If you have Windows Server installed, do you can see storage from Windows OS ?If yes you can share with CIFS protocol.Regards,

alla ricerca del log perduto: Console_nomevbrserver_utente

trovata soluzione. L'utenza era indicata come “administrator” e riusciva a installare i componenti ma non il rescan. Scritta come win2022-2\Administrator invece riesce a far tutto ...è anche una domanda di esame VMCE !

Rimuovere file di backup scaduti dal repository

Che tipo di job di backup sono @RuViDo72 che puntano a quel repo S3 ?Riesci a farci il dettaglio delle “advanced settings” di uno che ti dà il problema ?  Potrebbero sommarsi i tempi a seconda di come è configurato.

Citazione dovuta in questo caso:  “…verso l’infinito e oltre !!!” Pronti a migrare da vSphere ?? Da Broadcom a Oracle…meh! 😁 ...non è neppure il mio preferito, il mio “hipe” è riferito al prodotto VBR che continua ad evolvere e supportare sempre più ambienti !
