VeeamON 2024 - Use Code "COMMUNITY10" for 10% Off!
I found this such a great way to start my k8’s journey
Nice. Have registered for this one :)
These are a must have revision aid for anyone attempting the exam. They helped me so much.
Which version of Veeam are you using as the build in the screen shot is 9.5 Update 3a which is no longer supported. It could be that the components need upgrading on the host itself.
As an MSP we use full fat SQL on external servers. We usually have multiple Veeam DB’s on 1 server i.e. VBR & EM just to save licensing. Most client deployments Express is a viable and sound option.
You know all those HR investigations …… well worry no more
We don’t use it. Like Derek says we’d sooner address the failure and resume backups. That said in an ideal world I’d probably enable it if I was a single site as opposed to an MSP
The ERRRORLOG file in Program Files will be helpful. Its possible it could be resource constraints.
I’ve submitted mine maybe the Veeam gods will bless me 😀
From experience you do get a pause while the backup runs. You could modify the schedule window for the replicas to exclude them from running while the backup completes or just let it queue and complete naturally. The one issue is how big a delta you will have from the backup running and completing and replica resuming and your 15 minute RPO for the replica.
choco upgrade all
c) 22
a) --package-parameters
I use my wireless headset in the office or if my son is home otherwise at home i use my built in speakers and mic.
b) choco pin add -n=<packagename>
c) Both options are correct
I’ll go Jan 26th 2023
b) False
g) All of the above
Can’t wait for this feature. We are migrating legacy repos to new SOBR’s on new hardware and this will make things far less arduous.
The ones on Rasmus’s YouTube channel were invaluable in prepping for the exams.
Will have a look at those this week. Good spot sir :)
I’ve done this numerous times without issue. Veeam looks to vCenter for the replica info. I would disable the job perform the svmotion and then re-enable the job to be on the safe side.
+1 for a dark mode … much easier on my tired old eyes
Do you have anti-virus exclusions in place for the drive?https://www.veeam.com/kb1999
