b) Is the correct answer. See: https://docs.chocolatey.org/en-us/choco/commands/upgrade
d) Will install or update the Chocolatey package called Everything (https://community.chocolatey.org/packages/everything)
Update could be used in a previous version of Chocolatey, but was removed in v1.0.0.
