Hello everyone,VSPC allows us to be alerted when a computer has not been backed up for a specific number of days.However, when a device has multiple jobs configured, what if one of those jobs has not been running for some time but other jobs completed? An example scenario is this:Job 1: when a backup target is connectedJob 2: daily at midnight What if job 1 never gets executed as the target is never connected but job 2 does?Is there a way I could be alerted? I have a user who is having issue logging in to the VEM Self-Service portal. We have added groups to have access and I have added myself to their group so I can test every now and then.I can login just fine as a member of the group but he keeps getting Invalid username or password error. We are sure that his credentials are good since he is able to use them on other servers and applications so it is only in Self-service portal where he is getting the error. He cleared his browser’s cache and used other browser as well to no avail.I looked at the Veeam.WebApp.log, these are the entries that I see for the userConnecting to [ServerBEM] under [current account]. I consistently receive the error message: "Unable to connect to SMTP server because of invalid credentials or connection settings." I am certain of my credentials, having double-checked multiple times.Steps Taken:1. I've tried all configuration variants using both ports 587 and 465.2. When using port 465, I am able to apply the settings, but an error then displays.3. Hi, I have VBR11. Have added Debian vm to Physical Infrastructure. Agent and other linux components were installed successfully. Added account with sudo privilege. When I try to create backup of Entire Machine/Volume or even File Based I get error : Error: Failed to execute agent management command startBackup. table JobSessions has no column named end_time Unable to run query. which leads me to nothing. What seems to be a problem?
Buongiorno.Sono ancora in fase di studio circa il nuovo provider cloud da usare per una copia offsite dei miei backup.Una azienda locale mi ha proposto una soluzione con spazio compatibile S3 object lock applicandomi però una fee per ogni vm che devo backupare parlandomi di una licenza VCC. Gentilmente potete spiegarmi se le due cose contrastano? Wasabi (che sto ancora testando) se non erro non chiede nulla….GRazie e buona giornataMax
Soy nuevo usando el Veeam. y estaba buscando información para hacer bkp incremental reverso. Tengo varios job, hechos, uno hace el bkp completo de todas las virtuales. este job si me muestra la opción para hacer bkp Reverse Incremental. Tengo otro job, que solo hace bkp de archivos (File lvl bkp (slower). este Job no me da opciones para hacer Reverse Incremental. Como puedo habilitarlo. o no se puede¿ Gracias!!
Ciao,su una infrastruttura Hyper-V 2019 ho implementato una soluzione di disaster recovery replicando periodicamente le VM su una farm gemella su sito remoto.Tutto bene se faccio failover delle VM ma quando faccio il failback, nonostante i dati modificati siano pochi (solo per fare il test, ad esempio), veeam impiega circa 3 ore per riallineare tutto sul sito di produzione (parliamo di qualche TB di vhdx). Ho visto che nonostante dica di utilizzare il CBT si deve spazzolare comunque tutti i dischi ed aggiornare le VM originali anche se solo di pochi MB.Sbaglio qualcosa io o è un comportamento previsto ?grazie.
