Veeam Backup MS365 – Copy backups to external HDD for offloading

Question

Hello everyone,Due to renovation work, I need to temporarily move the backups from MS365 created via Veeam to an external HDD.The backups from the Veeam system are currently stored on a local storage location D:. However, I would like to have an external copy of them. If I now go to the file system and execute copy/paste, the files are of course active.

I now went through Explorer and activated the volume shadow copies with a certain amount of storage space +.Then I used the previous version and copied it straight away

any objections?
