You can set this information in the general options (the link above) or for each job individually- for this you have to configure the notifications in the job options. The Options to configure are the same as with the general options.
You can configure the subject of the mail, not the content.
Probably this is possible with VeeamOne?

I would like to customize the email sent to users after backup jobs are finished. Add my company name, additional messages and other internal information.
