Good day

Have anyone perhaps had this problem that I am experiencing now post upgrade to V12.1 and migrating DB to PostgreSQL 15.5-1.

DB migration showed all tasks successful.

When trying to open any job report it gives this error

“invalid XML content”

Thanks

Hi @CRDP -

In the newly released update to v12.1, the Release Notes state the new update/patch fixes this “invalid XML content” bug.

v12.1 Patch Release Notes

If you install this new patch, your error should go away. Can you update and confirm this is so, please?

Thank you.

Hey @CRDP

Welcome to the Community!

I came across this https://www.veeam.com/kb4473 which says to upgrade to version 15.3 but you are using 15.5.

I’d log a support case with Veeam Support in this instance.

Hi @CRDP -

Agree here with @dips here...I’d log a case. This may be a new bug. Another additional option I recommend is to post on the Forums after you open a case to make the PMs aware.

Keep us posted on the solution.

I am also interested on the solution :)

Hi @CRDP - did you get a chance to update your environment to the new 12.1 CU1 patch? I just want to confirm it also fixes your XML error.

Thank you.
