Just download the latest PostgreSQL v15.* build directly from PostgreSQL website and then follow the recommendation in our KB article: https://www.veeam.com/kb4386

so you can upgrade your PostgreSQL from 15.6

so you can upgrade your PostgreSQL from 15.6
The newest ISO (v12.3.1) should already include PostgreSQL 15.12.1. PostgreSQL 15.10 still had some vulnerabilities if I remember correctly.
But you can download most recent 15.* build from PostgreSQL webpage. Most recent build is currently 15.13 (released yesterday).
