Veeam automatically creates snapshots and they do not appear in Hyper-v console.
I tried removing or merging them but it doesn't work.
Is there a Powershell command for this? or how to remove manually?

Can you please provide more info? What VBR version are you using? Are you using the Virtual Appliance (hotadd) transport mode? Are you saying Veeam is not removing the snapshots from VMs when backing them up? Or is there something else you're asking?

It is normal that Veeam creates Hyper-V snapshots for VM backups and totally expected. Please keep in mind that the snapshot will be hold until the current backup task is completed - same is for replication task in case you are using some.
There might sometimes be some snapshots that cannot be removed or merged by Veeam, I saw that multiple times. You have to login to the relating Hyper-V server and use the following PowerShell command:
Remove-VMSnapshot -VMName XXX -Name XXX (This removes the snapshot with a specific name, -Name is related to the Snapshot name)
Remove-VMSnapshot -VMName XXX * (This removes all snapshots for a specific VM)
Again - please check that no Veeam job is currently running that is using one of the snapshots to be deleted.
