Below is this week’s 2nd question. For those new to the VMCE page, please hide your question. To do so → before typing your response (guess), click the ellipsis icon on the far right of the format toolbar in your comment box and select the Spoiler option. This will place a ‘hide comment’ text box in your comment area. Click in this hide comment text box and start typing your answer (guess). Be careful to not click outside of the box or your comment (guess) will show. We want your comment to not show so others can take full advantage of these practice questions. When creating a new Replication Job, to reduce data traffic over the WAN to the target site, you choose to implement both Replica Seeding and Replica Mapping where applicable. Most Jobs you plan on creating will use Seeding because you have copies of your local Backups at your DR site for DR purposes. There is one particular high-critical VM which is already created at the DR site which you can also use Mapping from. When the particular VM in the given Replication Job is processed, which method does Veeam use to process it?
- Veeam does not process VMs which are both Mapping and Seeding capable
- Seeding
- Mapping
- The replica VM is deleted
