Hey community! Certification Update!

The deadline to take the VMCE exam has been extended until March 31, 2026, so you still have time to take and pass the exam and earn your certification! Your feedback after the VMCE exam retirement announcement was clear, so we extended the deadline to ensure you have the time you need.

Important things to know:

  • New exam vouchers are not available during this period, but you can still book the exam by paying with a credit card at the end of the process.
  • Existing vouchers can be used until March 31, 2026, or until their natural expiration date if that happens earlier. Vouchers expiring after March 31 cannot be used, because the VMCE exam will be permanently retired on that date.
  • Final booking date: March 23, 2026.

If you still plan to take the VMCE certification, schedule it ahead and secure your spot! ✅

      ​@Gary Pigott , VMCE vouchers can only be used until the current exam is retired. We are preparing a new certification program that will launch soon, and a VMCE v13 is not planned.

        I am working on preparing a virtual VUG with a couple others next month. My topic is discussing renewed certification. Do you mind if I reach out to you for content to present? Most of it will be what you used at the Summit, but want to add any updated info you find beneficial.

          Great that it has been extended and allows those to get the v12 certificate done.  Looking forward to the new ones coming.  😉

            That’s a really great idea. I think I might have to do one here in South Africa too. I was discussing it earlier in the week with my team.

                That’s a really great idea. I think I might have to do one here in South Africa too. I was discussing it earlier in the week with my team.
