Hello guys,

When using the File Level Restore portal from the VSPC, I can open a restore point and obtain a tree structure but only for the first level.
I can open C:\ or E:\ partition 

But if I want to navigate under another folder I got the message No Data to display and the subfolder doesn’t appear.
 

Any idea?

I ll open a case in parallel to Veeam support.

No idea on this one as we never use VSPC for restores.  I think the Support case is the best route to go at this point unless someone else has seen this.


I dont have any problem to restore directly from the machine, so I suspect a “bug” in the interface or maybe I missed a setting.

Yeah possibly.  Here is hoping it is a setting not bug.  😋


I’ve just tested on one of our agents and I can drill down into the folder structure

I’ve not run into this issue.  We haven’t done many restores via the SPC (if any), but I have demo’d it to my team and didn’t run into any issues with files not showing.  But generally restores have been done via the agent console on the machine in question.

Yes normaly I prefer to use the agent console but for some use cases the vspc could be useful.
