Hi All and welcome to this little corner of the Internet! The purpose of this space is to serve as a community hub for those working for Veeam Certified Service Providers, specifically those in North America. As we all know that SP life comes with it’s own challenges and opportunities and we hope that you find this forum a place to learn and grow your knowledge and capabilities to provide better outcomes to your customers but also within your own career.

All of us as well as all of you have been around the block with Veeam and want to help make us all better. We’ve all been there for the nights when we look like this:

User Group Ground Rules
As we are all pretty much by definition in some forms competitive to each other it’s worth noting that as the leaders we’ve decided on a few ground rules for the discussions here:
- This is not Veeam Technical Support. If you’ve got a problem with your environment please do not come here looking for how to fix your technical issue. We’re here to talk about problems for sure but we can’t provide fixes, code or registry keys that are gated by support.
- No FUD. While our employers all compete against each other there shouldn’t be any attempt to speak ill or undercut any of the VCSPs in this space.
- No Sales. Yes some of us work for VCSPs with a partner program, this is not a place to try to increase those sales or partner counts.
