Personally, I have enjoyed some roundtable conversations and anything that involves a good whiteboard session - even if a digital whiteboard.

For me personally, I like the same kind of sessions. Open mic, ask me anything sessions are often a good way to get the conversation started.
Community sessions with stories from the real world I thoroughly enjoy as well, be that how someone has developed themselves or developed an idea and it has turned into something cool. It doesn't matter how small the win is, people like to hear about those wins :)
