Email notification has stopped working

Test Mails via Veeam Windows free agent 5.0 work fine!

However notification after backup do never arrive anywhere.

Checked and found out, that other users encouter the same problem.

Problem started after upgrading or installing Version 5.

Hope to get a solution soon.

Regards

Michael

@DCC Thoaster , can you doublecheck the logs of the mail-server if the mail arrives to the mail-server or not? If not, doublecheck the Veeam logs under C:\Programdata\Veeam\Endpoint

It's hard to tell the reason why you don't get any emails. You could check the corresponding logs in your programdata folder. Or else, I would suggest that you open a case with support and let them check your notifications.

Veeam Agent update is scheduled for next month, fix may be with that if Veeam support are aware?

I agree, this is the best place to check in order to pinpoint what is actually going on.
