Anyone can help me to resolve this issue.

Did the VBR components update properly from the VRO media?  If not did you try to update it separately?  Might be easier to open a support case for this one.

Using this iso “VeeamDataPlatformPremium_v13.0_20251201” to upgrade it.

Did the VBR components update properly from the VRO media?  If not did you try to update it separately?  Might be easier to open a support case for this one.

Using this iso “VeeamDataPlatformPremium_v13.0_20251201” to upgrade it.

Not sure then. Support route is best here with the logs.

Have you checked the installed version of VBR on the VRO?

 

Maybe a Veeam One collection could help to receive the new environments variables.

 

Otherwise a support ticket as Chris told would be good.

The embedded VBR is upgraded to v13, but it shows v12 on VRO console.

Also the disconnected state is strange.
Maybe try to deploy the agent to this server and check if it recognices anything?

 

Have tried to run a Veeam One collection?

The VeeamOne can collect the embedded VBR, which shows it is v13.
