so before updating to V11 are there any new known bugs?

use always the newest ISO from the download page. It contains the newest Patch:

None that I’m aware of. If you use the latest ISO, you’ll also get the latest Cumulative Patch, which fixes any bugs found between GA and a couple wks ago, as well as get vSphere 7U2 support.
