Hi All,

Are there any issues getting reported with Veeam support portal?

Seem to not allow me to login, presented with an error message:

This page isn’t working
my.veeam.com redirected you too many times.

Try deleting your cookies.
ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS

 

Even after deleting my cookies, tried from 4 different browsers, 2 different laptops 2 different internet connections.

Seem like something is not right at Veeam's end.

Yeah...did the same thing for me too. Probably down for the time being. Give it a bit and it should be back up.

Meanwhile, post the problem here; maybe someone has already experienced it and has a solution?


I’m assuming a wider issue was at play here based on the reports but just to share my personal experience. I’ve witnessed this when using content blockers as some of them will strip referrals which can break the SSO flow from returning properly to the community hub or other systems such as the Veeam license portal. If this happens, manually go to the page you were trying to reach again and you’ll be fine. The authentication worked, the seamless pass back referral is what gets broken.

Try logging in now. Worked for me now. Site was probably just down for some reason. Maybe AWS issue 😜
