Specifically。Linux encrypted repository with two IP addresses。

2、2024/7/12 9:35:59 Error    Failed to save tape server: Package [VeeamTapeProxy] is not allowed in 'restricted mode'Failed to invoke rpc command。

3、2024/7/12 9:35:59 Error    Infrastructure item save failed Error: Package [VeeamTapeProxy] is not allowed in 'restricted mode' Failed to invoke rpc command。

How can this situation be resolved? Adding a backup repository is of the direct attached storage type; The previous network storage, but all have added Tape

You can't use the Hardened Repository for Tape Server because it's require root access rights to work.

It's specified here: https://helpcenter.veeam.com/docs/backup/vsphere/system_requirements.html?ver=120#tape-server

Is there no way to solve it?

No because the Tape Server requires root access and the Hardened Repository the root access is disabled.

In addition to the repository role, a Veeam Hardened Repository can only act as an NBD proxy.
This means that you cannot also use it as a tape server.

You can read more about this here in the note.
https://helpcenter.veeam.com/docs/backup/vsphere/hardened_repository.html?ver=120

You then need a separate server for the tape
