Thank you all for your participation and feedback. The issue has been resolved. We also discussed this case with Veeam ONE Support in detail, and they advised us to remove everything and proceed with a fresh installation. We followed the steps provided by the Veeam ONE Support team, and after completing the reinstall process, we achieved our target. The Veeam ONE server is now working as expected.
