I’m trying to backup one of our “workstation” but I am experiencing this error in our VSPC, why is that ?

Im not sure how transparent Veeam Cloudconnect transports the error messages, from that what we can see here you may use Object Storage as Cloud Connect Repository and the Gateway Servers assigned to this Repo are not avaliable?

Did you check the logs on the VSPC server?  Not sure what else to suggest other than contacting support as never used VSPC for backups natively.

I searched a bit and found an article from someone who had this same issue, and in their Repository config, the Gateway server section was configured for “Automatic”. He posted he changed this to explicitly assigning the Gateway server and the error resolved.

And, according to the following Forums post, it appears to have been a known issue when using “Automatic”.

Can you please try explicitly assigning your Gateway server and see if your error resolves?

@april Please check the repository status in your Cloud Connect infrastructure (Cloud Connect VBR server). Make sure that the repository assigned to tenant has gateway servers properly assigned and online
