Hi,

 

I have an M365 environment with about 600 Users. I have divided my backup jobs into 2, Outlook and OneDrive, but for a long time the backup jobs are working but not progressing. What should I do?

 

How long have they been in a running state?  They will eventually progress but if there are issues you may need to open a support ticket so they can check the logs to see if there are any issues on the servers like Proxies, Postgres, NATs or VB365.
