Veeam Advisor v3 is out 🎉
If you look after Veeam environments, this one's for you. Drop in a VMC.log and it gives you sizing recommendations plus a best-practice and security review, all in your browser. Nothing gets uploaded anywhere.
What's new in v3:
• Flags failed jobs and jobs with no restore points
• Checks for a missing config backup
• Spots immutability set longer than retention
• Warns when your support contract is ending
• More accurate parsing and sizing, and a better PDF report
It's a free community tool I built in my spare time, not an official Veeam product, so always sanity-check the results against Veeam's own guidance.
Give it a go and let me know what you think. Feedback and ideas very welcome 👇
