The environment described in this architecture is one main datacenter with 500 VMs  and 1000 physical servers with 200 GB of used storage. The VMs are  hosted on the HPE VME Hypervisor . The Veeam components are hosted on the Veeam Software Appliance and Veeam Infrastructure Appliance. All backups target a local HPE StoreOnce Appliance and copied to the Veeam Data Cloud (VDC) Vault. The Veeam Workers are automatically deployed and use the hot add backup method. Zerto is used to provide replication to a secondary datacenter.
