Hi everyone,

We’re super excited to share that we have added a new leader to the Woman & Allies In Technology community. Please join me in warmly welcoming ​Blanca Navarro ​@brnavarro ! Blanca is a Solutions Architect at AWS, focused on cloud architecture, AI/ML, and helping organizations across Latin America build scalable and resilient solutions. She is also a very active community leader and international speaker, leading the VMware User Group Costa Rica and the Amazon Women in AI/ML community in LATAM, and continuously advocating for women in technology through initiatives such as SWE and Women in AWS. I am especially proud to welcome Blanca as a leader because she was one of the participants in the last #EmpowHerVMCE edition, that I lead, where she demonstrated full engagement, strong technical commitment.
We at WA-IT! are confident she will do an amazing job in this role!
