Would like to create a local VUG in Texas.

Please let me know how to do this?

Hi there, @Mayhem and I are the leaders for the Texas VUG. We try to do one in-person event a year where we do a roadshow that hosts events in DFW, Houston, and Austin all in the same week. Unfortunately, due to logistics this year, we were trying to host said roadshow later this month but plans have fallen through. We are aiming to do a virtual event of some kind before the end of the year to make up for it.

You can see a little more about the group at https://tx.veeamuser.group, where we typically open up our registration system for in-person events. You can also subscribe to our Mailerlite list, which we use to keep people informed when we have upcoming events.

If you’d like to assist in organizing events, we are more than happy to jump on a call with you and talk through it.

The about section definitely states so but to find it is another story.. must be nested deep down some thread

I can definitely help in the Austin area.

FYI, the link to subscribe https://tx.veeamuser.group/newsletter/ does not work

Sorry about that. I think our anti-spam filter wasn’t detecting country properly for filtering. I went ahead and disabled it while I look into it.
