Veeam One Alaram - Disabled Job - Syntax for Job Name Mask

Where did you access that alarm in VONE? What version of VONE are you using? Are you creating a rule, or is that a product pre-configured rule? I am on the latest GA version of VONE (12.3) and can’t find that alarm. I’ve looked through archive history of VONE Monitoring and Alarm Guides and don’t see any reference to that rule option listed anywhere. Can you provide a bit more info on this please?

In looking at the VeeamONE Guide, there is a method to exclude objects from a given alarm...did you try this method?

Ok ​@Voodoo ...I think I found what you’re doing → you are creating a “New” rule based on a “...specific conditions or state”, and this Disabled Job is the rule type you selected, and the Job Name Mask is a rule option field for this rule, correct? When placing your cursor in the box, a list of all VBR Jobs (Backup and Replication) are shown. And, you’re wanting to know (it appears) if you can include every Job type by using an asterisk (*), or use some other mask reference? To your point...I have also found nothing definitive on how to use this rule option. Jorge, as Mark tagged, is certainly one person who could answer. Another really good reference would be ​@kirststoner12 . She is with the Product Strategy team and her focus is with VONE. Maybe she can provide more info.

At the very least, you could ping the Veeam Product Managers on the Forums to see how this rule option functions, and if it doesn’t function the way you need it to, you can give them a feature request for this field.
