Yes you can ! You can have up to 6 - “90 day” tenants and 1 “1 year! tenant at the same time.

When a 90-day tenant expires you can simply just create a new 90-day replacement?

FYI: You need to enable Azure MFA for Users who want to use that, ‘Security Defaults’ is not enough.
