After upgrading to 12.3.1, the client agent was updated, but the Linux encrypted storage host remained unable to connect and update

    You just might want to open a support ticket having all these upgrade issues as they will be able to help more by checking the logs.  If rebooting and checking the logs yourself does not help.  Also ensuring the correct credentials and no firewall blocks.
