🎉 This week, we hosted our first in-person VUG (Veeam User Group) event of the year — and what a great start it was!

A big thanks to TD Synnex Belgium & Luxembourg for hosting this event !

We kicked things off by sharing the latest insights straight from VeeamON in San Diego, bringing our community up to speed on what’s coming next in the Veeam world.

We had some interesting discussions and exchanged experiences. Everybody’s looking forward to all the new features V13 will bring !

After a short break, @Timothy Dewin took us on a deep/deeper/deepest dive into the Backup Agent for Linux — unpacking the details around precompiled vs DKMS kernel modules. A highly technical session, but now we all feel like Linux agent pros!

It’s always nice to know what’s happening under the hood. This helps us to diagnose problems correctly faster.

And of course, we couldn't have ended this event better with Belgian fries.

Thanks to everyone who joined us — great energy, great questions, and always great to reconnect in person. 💚

It was top notch 🙂 great seeing everyone again.

Meanwhile I’ve received all slidedecks. If somebody needs the slides, just PM me.

Thanks for organising @kristofpoppe
