k10 DR backup fails in phase: Snapshotting Application Components
error messages:
Job failed to be executed
Unable to lock repo artifact
Error while attempting to acquire lock
resource conflict
It was working previously, I’ve updated to the latest version 7.5.8.
Data is copied to the Disaster Recovery Target (Minio S3).
Backups of applications with Snapshot Exports are working (tough to different bucket)
Can anybody help me to troubleshoot?

Based on the error message, it seems to be caused by a lock for the particular storage repository.
Ideally these locks are created during repository maintenance and are cleaned up after the background maintenance completes. However, for some reason these locks are left out in your env, maybe due to non-graceful termination of the maintenance.
You can find the lock by looking at the configmaps in Kasten namespace.
The name of the configmap would be k10-nslock.kopia-dr-repository-xxxxxxxxx
Once you delete the configmap, Things should progress without any issues.
