Yes, Location Profiles can clone application/migrate to other accounts, regions, and managed environments.
This means that cloned applications can be created in different managed environments in different regional areas based on the managed environment. This allows for K10 to leverage the capabilities to support Cross-namespaces, Cross-Cluster, Cross-Account, Cross-Region, and Cross-Cloud.
