I upgraded VB365 from version 7.1 to 8.4 and then to 8.6. The new privileges in Entra ID were added, and the backup is working. However, I’m not able to restore anything from before the upgrade. Veeam 365 doesn’t see any of the old backups, even though the repositories are indexed and the proxies are up to date. The old backups still exist on the repository/disk (there are folders with databases “repository.adb” for 2020, 2021, 2022, 2023, 2024, 2025, and 2026).
In the repository, Veeam creates folders like “Backup__2025_b545fg651-8jh7-44566gf349-734566nkl35f1”.where are also databases “repository.adb”
Do you have any idea how to resolve this and restore items created before the upgrade?
