Some of you may have noticed that the list of Veeam hands-on labs you see when you visit the main landing page (https://go.veeam.com/hands-on-lab-experience-html) depends on where you are accessing the labs from. For example, a user in United States accessing this link will typically see a different set of labs, compared to a user accessing the same link from UK, or Ireland for example. We’ve mentioned this behaviour in our “Introduction to the Veeam hands-on labs” post some time back.

The reason for this is that we are running 3 identical lab platforms, each located in Amercas (AMER), Europe, middle east & Africa (EMEA), and Asia Pacific (APJ) behind this single URL. Each of these regions therefore have their own set of Veeam labs (regional lab catalog) where the end users are always diverted to home region’s lab catalog automatically, behind the scene.

This set up exists due to historical reasons and internally, we are working tirelessly to merge these into a single lab engine instance, and create a single, global Veeam hands-on lab catalog. However, this is likely going to take some time. In the interim, we wanted to give you a solution that gives you access to cross regional lab catalogs so you benefit from the richness of all the Veeam hands-on labs available globally.

Starting from now, regardless of where you are based, you may now use the below links to gain access to additional Veeam hands-on labs, including those outside of your home region (all these labs are available in English language only BTW).

P.S. The main hands-on lab landing page link will still divert you to your home regions’s lab catalog as before!

There are some really great labs available in each regional lab catalog which would have been inaccessible to those outside of that region before. We would highly encourage you to explore whats available where using those links. We hope you will enjoy being able to access these additional labs and they will indeed help you learn various new & exciting capabilities of the Veeam Data Platform.

Not able to access the labs

After submitting all the details in the lab page after clicking Request lab button I am getting blank screen and no email coming from “Lab Engine noreply@iland.com”.

Is any one facing the issue?
