Rancher are also the creators of the popular K3S edge Kubernetes version which Kasten supports and expectations are that this edge version will grow.

On a side note I have an old laptop in my basement and since installing any big hardware in the basement is “Verboten” by the spouse I secretly used K3S on it to setup a small Kubernetes cluster to run Minio which acts as my Offsite S3 backup location for my 2nd floor laptop Kubernetes clusters.
Works like a charm!!
