I have backup making in a storage and in external HD's, the backup of the HD's is giving the following error: Failed to connect to Installer service.
Job has failed.

can you please explain a little bit more your issue?
Is it a Veeam B&R console?
Is it a Veeam Agent for windows?
Are they separated tasks for backing up to a local disk and a USB drive?
What version is it? Community? Licensed?
An easy draw will also help a bit.
