Agent backup of Windows failover cluster - CBT warning after switchover

In an agent job for a WSFC (fileserver role) we see a warning after having switched over to the secondary node.

Each job run now finishes with a warning that CBT table has changed.

As with VM backups I expected the warning to disappear in the next cycle - but it didn’t.

How can I reset the CBT for an agent backup (not hypervisor based CBT but Veeam CBT driver here)?

Have you tried that command?

"C:\Program Files\Veeam\Endpoint Backup\Veeam.EndPoint.Manager.exe" RESETCBT all

Not yet, but I’ll do and report back. Thanks for the link, @Mildur.

Has anyone else observed the same after a node switch?

Just an update. After resetting CBT on both nodes, now both nodes show the CBT table mismatch and the backup finishes with a warning.

Will open a case.

Update: After another run of the job, the CBT warning cleared itself. So allow for a 2nd run after resetting…
