In v5 it was not possible to restore sharepoint online data to another tenant. After upgrading to v6, is it possible to restore the data created with v5 to another tenant? Or should the backup created with v6?

The restore functionality is based on the version of Veeam providing the restore, so I don’t believe it is necessary to have “reprocessed” the job in v6 for this, I can’t say for certain as I haven’t tried it yet! But I can’t see any reason why this won’t work.

Have you tested this yet John? I’m also interested in backing up simple SharePoint sites and restoring it in our new tenant. I’ve read that if we’ve used templates, we need to ensure the templates are pre-installed in the new tenant. Other than that..
