Missing Restore Points for Departed User


Hello,

We have a user who has left the company, and their last backup on VBM365 is from 25/01. The issue is that we don't have any restore points, even though we have a retention policy of 7 years.

What do you think could be the problem?

I assume you started the restore with right click on the backup job?
Right click on backup job only shows backups from objects which are still processed by this backup job. A deleted user is not processed anymore.

You can still restore data from deleted M365 users. But you must start the restore with right click on the Organization.

I confirm that I initiated the restore by right-clicking on the organization.
