VMCE Study Hall Session

Based on the overwhelming YES responses on whether to have a VMCE Study Session Meetup, we have scheduled one for Tuesday, 30 April. There were only a couple suggestions on what topics to discuss, so the only items covered will be:

• Instant Recovery - we’ll talk about the general process and why sometimes the NFS Datastore doesn’t get cleaned up from the ESXi Host it’s attached to (vSphere)
• Scale-Out Backup Repository Move & Copy Function (I added this topic; thought it would be highly beneficial to the Community)

Please keep in mind the only questions taken will be in regards to the scheduled topics, as we will be limited on time. We will try to leave 5 minutes open at the end to get feedback from the Community on the benefit of sessions like this and how we can make them better in the future. Personally, during my VMCE studies last Fall, I reached out to a Trainer and the 20 minutes I spent with him was substantially beneficial to me. Hopefully you all feel the same.
