Did you check the compatibility matrix for the supported Nutanix versions?

sounds like something cpu core related. ho many cpu cores and sockets does this ahvproxy have? Maybe change this and try update again? Or  Remove Proxy Role and try to deploy again?

Hey
I saw a patch for Veeam Backup for Nutanix AHV Plug-In. Here is the link https://www.veeam.com/kb4654
Your error is not mentioned but it’s maybe linked.

Have you open a support case ?

No other suggestions other than the patch or a support ticket as mentioned.

Review the proxy appliance configuration by edit → right-click the Nutanix AHV backup appliance and select Properties → Next → Virtual Machine → Review the settings and save.

https://helpcenter.veeam.com/docs/vbahv/userguide/ahv_proxy_troubleshoot.html?ver=6

alternativity, you can try remove the existing appliance and redeploy new proxy appliance.
