@datnq.nguyen Based on the error message and screenshot i would say that you are trying to add/install the Windows agent on the physical machine? Or is the Veeam agent already installed on the windows machine?

Hi, do you have allowed veeam ports as well like 6163/tcp, what i see from logs.

if this port is allowed, it looks like an issue with domain account, that is not administrator on that machine.

Unfortunately, we won’t be able to tell anything based just on the information except open a Support Case.

>[07.04.2025 17:45:48.420]    <54>   Error (3)    [RPC] [WMI] Empty result.

For whatever reason, system information collection over WMI returned nothing. The logs above do not give a hint as to why so we can at best guess. I do agree with @makacmar that it’s probably permissions (usually is), but it’s a question of “which permissions are restricted?”, which only the logs can tell.

Start with a Support case, it will be best bet.

Hello,

In the past, I had some issues with the Veeam Agent caused by WMI. If I remember correctly, I had to format and upgrade the server to a version where WMI was working properly.

You might find this KB helpful for troubleshooting and isolating WMI-related problems with Veeam products.
