hello, i am running veeam agent 13 standalone free editon, the latest version. i know it is the latest version, as about dialog box shows that.
i getting the following error and i do know understand what the exact issue is?
please, my first question is did veeam actually complete the backup?
this has been going on for several weeks. the full backup is done each week and it completes without error.
what does `Agent failed to process method {Signature.FullRecheckBackup}` means and perhaps how to fix it?
the destination is a smb share on a synology device.
tho, in this case, as mentioned, the client is running standalone veeam agent 13
note: that same synology device, has been a backup repository for veeam backup and replication for many years, never had any issues.

i disabled the health check and so far, no problems.
as another test, same setup as before, i installed veeam agent standalone onto another machine. same results, the health check always fails. disable health check and no problems.
now, on a completely different setup, using veeam backup and replication community edition. note: praise to veeam for offering the fantastic, free community edition!!
on that setup, now, i am getting the same error but about a backup copy job. the designation for the backup repository is a linux VM hosted at hetzner cloud using a hetzner storage box for storage.

the only thing i can think of that is common, is both setups run over tailscale.
I haven’t looked at the new VAW version yet @asdffdsa6132 , but I think the issue is maybe your system is off after a backup runs and before a health check runs, thus giving the “failed to perform backup file verification” error? Since v12 release, health checking is its own separate schedule..not a part of a backup job. That’s why the check may be failing.
Look at the Health Check section of the User Guide...then look at your settings and modify as needed to see if health check then runs successfully after a backup:
It looks like the backup data itself may have been transferred successfully, and the error happened during the verification/health check.
I would recommend checking under Backups > Disk to confirm whether the restore points appear ok or incomplete.
I’d also suggest performing a small restore test to validate the backup integrity and rule out corruption in the backup files themselves.
If possible, could you also share the complete session log? It may help identify whether a specific task is failing during the post-backup verification phase.
