Veeam 13 install failing and support can't figure it out for two weeks

Hi all, I had the same issue yesterday and support came back to me with the following reg key:

Path: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Veeam\Veeam Backup and Replication\
Key: RunUpgradeOnServiceStartup
Type: REG_DWORD
Set value to: 0

 

That actually worked, its supposed to postpone the Upgrades of the Plugin and all other services. After completing the setup and opening veeam it began to upgrade all components with more details about what wasn't working. Hope it helps!
