Onboarding O3645 to VDC

Based on the onboarding page I don't think an account with MFA enabled will work.

we have policy that MFA should be enabled for global admin account. Have another idea?

Yes contact support to double check.  We don't use VDC being an MSP so I cannot give any other suggestions.

Yes, the global admin account can have MFA enabled. During the onboarding an application will be created in Entra and therefore you need to authenticate one time.

​@regnor is right, during onboarding we need a global admin to create the app registrations and deploy the enterprise apps into your Entra ID tenant. This is done with a device code sign in via your web browser. Provided you pass your tenant’s security requirements such as MFA/conditional access this will deploy. Afterwards we utilise Entra ID SSO for your sign in mechanism, no global admin required.
