On new instaled server error on windows system log DCOM was unable to communicate with the computer

Здравствуйте, я установил новую версию системы резервного копирования на чистую операционную систему. Внутри всё работает нормально, но после перезагрузки в системном журнале Windows появляются ошибки.

DCOM не смог установить связь с компьютером 10.10.20.118, используя ни один из настроенных протоколов; запрос был отправлен PID 2bd0 (C:\Program Files\Veeam\Backup and Replication\Backup\Veeam.Backup.Manager.exe) при активации CLSID {8BC3F05E-D86B-11D0-A075-00C04FB68820}.

Hi ​@AlexanderLDz -

When posting on the Community Hub, please make sure to do so in English. You can use your native language in the local Veeam User Group pages if you want to post there, although..there currently is no VUG for Latvia...as I see that’s where you are from.

Also, keep in mind...the Community Hub is not an official Veeam Support reference. We are Veeam users just like you. People can certainly post questions...and the Community can try to help based off our experience, but your first place to look to for assistance is Veeam Support.

That said, from the error you posted, it looks like Veeam is not able to start the Veeam Backup Service? And this is assuming you installed Veeam Backup on Windows? Or, are you using some other Veeam product like Veeam Agent for example. We need more info on what you installed. If I am correct in assuming you installed Veeam Backup on Windows, please check if your Veeam Backup Service is running or even installed. If it is installed, you may have a port conflict with some other service or application installed on your server. Check for port conflicts with other services and remove them.

I would also create Antivirus exclusions. You can reference a Veeam KB to help you with that as well:

@AlexanderLDz  → I did a quick online translation and your best path is likely a support case. We do offer support in 9 languages, including Russian.
