I’m not be able to set the email notification of veeam.
I tried with gmail and other my domain.. but doesn’t work.
The error is: Unable to connect to SMTP server because of invalid credential or settings.
There is a soluton?
I use community edition and windows server standard 2022

I checked the parameters better and now it works

Ensure you add your user credentials under the “logon as” under Advanced SMTP options. Ensure this information is correct!

+9Another solution could be using the free tier of a mail relay service (eg. mailjet.com) Done serveral implementions with this services and it worked flawless.
