+22Really great podcast. The hackathon is fun but timezones and team composition make things not great. Just my thoughts based on last year. Maybe this one will be better as stacked teams make things unfair.
+23I had a good experience 2yrs ago, but has been difficult to find the time to be a part of this again.
You make a good point there Chris about the teams. Not sure how that can change 🤔 Maybe divide teams into “coder leaders”, then disperse teams randomly among them? Not sure.
+22Something needs to be done to make teams even and fair. That is all I am saying.
