Kicking off Women and Allies In Tech: watch the replay and what’s coming next!!!

We had a wonderful time on July 24th at the launch of our very first group event!

This was our very first event organized by Women and Allies in Tech, where we responded questions as: “Women in IT – is it a myth or today’s reality? How can we make sure we no longer ask this question?”. We had the privilege of hearing from three brilliant leaders, ​@kira.bezhanova, ​@jess.may  and ​@leaha (I still can’t believe we have them onboard!😍) who shared their stories, strategies, and successes. They also answered our questions and offered personal tips for anyone interested in getting closer to a career in IT. Spoiler alert: we found that IT is actually quite accessible, with opportunities for people from all kinds of backgrounds.

In this upcoming session, ​@leaha will share her experience on how to start from scratch with Veeam. She’s planning to do a live demo and prepare some practical examples to walk everyone through the process step by step, using the free community edition. It’s a great opportunity to see Veeam in action and get hands-on tips, so stay tuned!
