Veeam User Group US West Coast

Hello Veeam Community! I am very excited to be writing this post. And hope you feel the same. As I am talking about Veeam User Groups coming to the West.

Now, I don’t mean the User Groups you’ve been used to, but the good old fashion community-mined events that I remember when I was just a wide-eyed Veeam admin. Trying to keep his datacenter up and running. Where I could get access to the smart people at Veeam and other liked-mined admins. And I am happy to be leading the charge here in the West. 

A little about myself. I spent 12+ years working in IT in various roles. Where I found myself in every organization I worked having something to do with data protection. Frankly, thought of not being able to recover kept me up at night. So I spent a lot of energy understanding this area of my role. Eventually leading me to Veeam, which I can share many stories where it had saved my .. well you know.

This all led me to the opportunity to work as an SE at Veeam for around 6 years. An experience that I feel very fortunate to have. Veeam User Groups were very important on both sides of this career. And I couldn’t be more proud to be part of this community.
